Individual User Account Policy

Individual users are strictly limited to having only one account. If the site owner suspects that any accounts are duplicated, associated, or believed to be linked to the user making a refund request, the refund may be invalidated if the user has a previous subscription for the service.

Refund Policy for Unlimited Residential Proxies

  1. Subscriptions paid on a recurring basis can be canceled at any time. However, if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, we do not provide any refunds.
  2. A refund will be granted in cases where ProxyOmega fails to fulfill its promised services.
  3. If your refund request is approved, access to your proxy subscription will be immediately terminated. For cancellations without a refund, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  4. Pro-rata refunds are available for upgrades and certain changes to subscriptions. For further details, please contact our customer support.
  5. Please be aware that cryptocurrency transactions, once processed, are irreversible due to the inherent nature of blockchain technology. This system ensures robust security, making it impossible to undo or refund a transaction once it is confirmed on the blockchain network.
  6. Paid trials are non-refundable. When opting for a paid trial of our services, it is essential to understand that the trial period is designed to provide you with a comprehensive experience of our offerings, including all features and benefits.

Refund Policy for Platinum Residential Proxies

  • There are no refunds on any Platinum Residential Data, this includes extended data that are applied to you the customers plan.
  • If you have a 1GB Platinum Residential subscription for trial purposes and wish to upgrade, kindly contact us, and we can arrange a pro-rata refund for your previous subscription.
  • Refunds will be issued if we could not deliver our Platinum Residential Proxies and can and request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial purchase.
  • If your refund request is approved, access to your proxy subscription will be immediately terminated. For cancellations without a refund, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Claim Process:

To initiate your refund, log in to your customer panel and proceed to submit a support ticket or send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your billing/account.

Subscription Cancellation Instructions:

To cancel your subscription, simply visit your dashboard and click on "Update your invoice" which will take you to Stripe or Paddle invoice management customer portal.
