Where it grew

The United States and Germany both more than doubled, and the US gained more new addresses than any other market. Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Australia all grew substantially on top of an already large base. The smaller Northern European markets multiplied several times over.

The Nordic markets are the most useful change in practice. Finland and Norway went from thin to genuinely workable — these are places where a long job would previously run out of fresh addresses well before it finished.
