This product offers both. ISPs are residential addresses that route through tier-1 ISP infrastructure rather than peer-to-peer devices — higher trust scores and lower latency for targets that fingerprint network paths. Both bill per GB at the same tiered rate.

How do volume discounts work?

The per-GB rate decreases as your monthly usage grows. You don’t pre-commit to a tier — the discount applies automatically based on the GB amount in your top-up. Tiers run from $3.00/GB at 1–4 GB down to $1.40/GB at 5,000+ GB.

Does purchased bandwidth expire?

No. Pay-as-you-go credits roll over indefinitely. There is no use-it-or-lose-it month-end reset.

What targeting is supported?

Country, state/region, city and ASN across 200+ countries. Targets are set via username parameters or the dashboard.
