2. Premium Unlimited Residential Proxies
Strict No Refund Policy
Premium Unlimited Residential Proxies operate under an absolute no refund policy with only one exception:
The only exception: If proxy credentials are not delivered within 2 hours of payment confirmation.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Changed mind or buyer's remorse
- Performance issues or speed concerns
- Compatibility issues with your software
- Geographic location availability
- Detection by target websites
- Account suspension for Terms of Service violations
- 1-hour trial purchases ($20 trial plan)
3. Budget Unlimited Residential Proxies
Limited Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Complete Service Failure: Proxy service is completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to ProxyOmega infrastructure issues
- Service Not Activated: Your proxy access is not activated within 24 hours of successful payment
- Critical Feature Unavailability: Advertised core features are permanently unavailable
- Persistent Connectivity Issues: More than 90% of the proxy pool is consistently unreachable for over 72 hours
- Significant Performance Degradation: Service operates at less than 10% of advertised speeds for over 7 days
Important Notes:
- Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to prevent future charges
- No refunds will be provided if subscription is not cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and non-refundable
4. IPv6 Proxies
24-Hour Refund Window
IPv6 Proxies are eligible for refund within 24 hours of purchase if:
- Performance Below Standards: Service operates at less than 50% of advertised speeds or has less than 80% uptime
- Configuration Failures: Requested number of threads/concurrent requests cannot be provisioned
- Geographic Restrictions: Selected countries or regions are unavailable despite being advertised
- Protocol Issues: HTTP or SOCKS5 protocols fail to function as specified
- Authentication Problems: Login credentials are not provided or authentication system fails

- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase

5. Platinum Residential Proxies
Limited Refund Policy
Platinum Residential Proxies have a restrictive refund policy:
- No refunds on Platinum Residential Data purchases once data allocation is activated
- Potential pro-rata refund for plan upgrades within the same billing cycle
- Refunds possible within 3 days if service cannot be delivered:
- Proxy credentials not provided within 24 hours of payment
- Complete inability to connect to any proxy endpoints
- Data allocation not credited to account after 48 hours
- Premium features (e.g., sticky sessions, city targeting) non-functional
6. Mobile Proxies
Limited Refund Policy
Mobile Proxies have a restrictive refund policy:
- No refunds on Mobile Proxy Data purchases once data allocation is activated
- Potential pro-rata refund for plan upgrades within the same billing cycle
- Refunds possible within 3 days if service cannot be delivered:
- Proxy credentials not provided within 24 hours of payment
- Complete inability to connect to any proxy endpoints
- Data allocation not credited to account after 48 hours
- Premium features (e.g., carrier targeting, auto-rotation) non-functional
7. Account Balance Deposits
Non-Refundable
All deposits made to your ProxyOmega account balance are non-refundable and cannot be reversed or charged back.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring transaction accuracy before confirming deposits.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for eligible services, please follow these steps:

9. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring subscriptions at any time through:

- Stripe or Paddle billing portal

Important: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

11. Cryptocurrency Transactions
